Monsanto Stays Course Despite French GMO Attacks"Monsanto wishes to continue its research in biotechnology and its field trials in France despite illegal destructions because the best adapted varieties for farmers' specific needs are created at the local level," said Jean-Michel Duhamel, Monsanto's director for southern Europe.
